This page explains our shipping, delivery, returns, exchanges, and refund process for Fashionista Eyewear orders.

Shipping & Delivery

Order Processing Orders are typically dispatched within 0–2 days from order confirmation and payment (or as per the agreed delivery date).
Delivery Address All orders are delivered to the address provided by the buyer at checkout.

Delivery Partners

  • Domestic: Registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post.
  • International: Registered international courier companies and/or international speed post.
Important: Delivery timelines are subject to courier/postal norms. We guarantee handover of the consignment to courier/postal authorities within 0–2 days from payment confirmation (or as per the agreed delivery date). We are not responsible for delays caused by courier/postal authorities once dispatched.

Refund Policy (Returns & Exchanges)

Fashionista Eyewear offers a 7-day return and exchange policy for all products. To request a return or exchange, you must contact our sales team within 7 days of receiving your order and provide your order number and reason.

Eligibility Conditions

  • The product must be in its original condition and original packaging.
  • The product must be unused and undamaged.
  • All tags and labels must be attached.
  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective item).

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will confirm approval or rejection.
  • If approved, a full refund is processed to the original payment method.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are shipped after the returned product is received and verified, subject to availability.
  • Exchanges can be done for a product of equal value.
  • If the replacement product is of higher value, the difference must be paid before dispatch.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized products (such as products with your logo/branding).
  • Clearance or sale items.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.
