Delivery Partners
- Domestic: Registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post.
- International: Registered international courier companies and/or international speed post.

Refund Policy (Returns & Exchanges)
Fashionista Eyewear offers a 7-day return and exchange policy for all products. To request a return or exchange, you must contact our sales team within 7 days of receiving your order and provide your order number and reason.
Eligibility Conditions
- The product must be in its original condition and original packaging.
- The product must be unused and undamaged.
- All tags and labels must be attached.
- The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective item).
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will confirm approval or rejection.
- If approved, a full refund is processed to the original payment method.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are shipped after the returned product is received and verified, subject to availability.
- Exchanges can be done for a product of equal value.
- If the replacement product is of higher value, the difference must be paid before dispatch.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
- Custom-made or personalized products (such as products with your logo/branding).
- Clearance or sale items.
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.
